The dangers of modern reporting
In addition to my love for political mishaps I also adore media bloopers, particularly the ones that are unintentionally offensive. With the way TV news is presented these days (with split screens and news crawl at the bottom) every once in a while you get a gem like this:
Reporting a car chase and a royal wedding at the same time? Years ago this would have been unfathomable, but these days it's not all together surprising. HOWEVER, considering that Princess Di died in a car accident, it's not a good idea to put "The Next Diana" underneath the car chase box. Just saying.
